An active member of the Gracemoon Arts Company Ensemble, Mitzi Jones began her career over 2 decades ago at the Vancouver Film School before continuing her studies at Lyric School for actors in the Master’s Class. Her professional credits span Film, Theatre, TV, Voice Over, Motion Capture and more from Canada to England and beyond. She is thrilled to bring Tracey Power’s words to life in this timeless story of Mary Pickford, the worlds first ever movie star, to The Powell River Academy of Music.

Tracey Power was born and raised in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island and works as an actor, playwright and director/choreographer. A member of The Playwrights Guild of Canada her writing credits include LIVING SHADOWS, A STORY OF MARY PICKFORD. Tracey's self penned one woman show toured her to theatres across Canada and was nominated for four Sterling Awards of which it won Outstanding Production and Outstanding Performance.
